Chlorine....swimming....acryli鈥?nails!!! plz answer ASAP!!!?

okay so i just got gorgeous acrylics on Sunday but i swim everyday for an hour and a half for swim team and i really need to know if anything is gonna wreck my nails or do anything to them?!?!? any serious answers. greatly appreciated! if you have gaps under your nails or any spots that are white in the acrylic nails water can soak inside along with everything else and cause fungus you should read about the side effects to having acrylics or read the stories that have been told about having acrylics I am sure there on the net somewhere everything else is
Yes. Chlorine destroys everything. Usually it'll just make them weak or the paint will chip off in a while. It won't be instantaneous, but you'll notice it sooner.
Well it depends on what you do. Swim the way you usually do and don't move to close to a wall when you swim. : )

I went to go get my nails done too the same!! for my sisters wedding and 2 days before i went to the pool (which had chloriine) It took off ALL the Nail polish off my nails!
yes chlorine will wreck them, but maybe you can buy gloves for swimming? sorry i did my best lol.
