They are safe, however the glue will ruin your natural nails if you use it for a long period of time. It is important to give your natural nails a rest every week or so by removing the acrylic nails for a couple days. If you don't, your natural nails will become brittle and weak.
they are very very bad for your nails. i do have somethng you can try instead of the acrylic. you can use the the nails in the store that are already painted. they comewith there own glue and everything, file the surface of your nails to get a rough surface AND THE GLUE WILL STICK LONGER. as a matter of fact i am wearing some now.
