get it removed asap. it could be the fake nail but u never know.On one of my acrylic nails its yellow on my natural nail, what should i do?
It could be discoloration of the acrylic depending on what you touched. It could be a fungus. Soak them off and see if your natural nail is affected. If so see a doctor. On one of my acrylic nails its yellow on my natural nail, what should i do?
If the acrylic nail is yellow, it could be because of tanning or sun exposure. If you have french tips, you can just get them repainted after a week inbetween fills.
If it's your actual fingernail that is yellow, you probably have some sort of fungus, and should have the nails removed until it clears up.
How long have the acrylics been on for? You might need to just get that nail re-filled. Make sure you're cleaning your nails regularly because it's very easy for them to get dirty with the acrylic on. Since it's just one nail, I'd suggest getting them touched up at the salon, yellowing can just happen over time. If you just got them filled a few days ago, however, it might have just been an error on the manicurists part.
You need to go to the nail place and have them take it off. Then you have to let that nail breath. from your question, I get that your nail is th one turning yellow...if it is then you may have a fungal infection and that needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. If it's just the acrylic nail turning yellow then you should be find by having them take it off. DO NOT rip it off...I repeat DO NOT rip it off...have them soak them off...it's painful ripping them off and plus it ruins your own nails.
Take off the nail or let them fall off and let your nails air out for several weeks because the acid in the acrylic will start to decay your nails and make them weak and brittle
go in and have it removed see if your natural nail is yellow. if it is time for the acrylics to go until the fungus is cleared up.
